The mentoring program is a labor market-related service provided by the RAV for well-qualified and experienced specialists and managers who are looking for a job.

Our mentors work for free and, in addition to a profound network, have proven expertise in their industry. They are familiar with current trends and future developments in the professional field and can make a sound assessment of the job market. Participating mentors work in their companies at a higher management level (department or division management) or in a management position in Human Resources and communicate both respectfully and directly.

They offer themselves as a sparring partner to help you reflect on your job search strategies and optimize your positioning on the job market.

 Who is the mentoring program aimed at?

  • You are registered with a regional employment center (RAV) in the canton of Zurich.
  • You have a tertiary education with adequate professional experience or have completed vocational training (EFZ) with many years of professional experience.
  • You are looking for qualified feedback from industry experts to make your job search even more successful.
  • You can use the insights gained from the discussions to independently in your job search.

The discussions between mentee and mentor are confidential. Mentoring is voluntary, autonomous and based on conviction.
