Mentoring.
Opens up perspectives.

Our mentoring program supports well-qualified and experienced specialists and managers in their job search. It offers orientation and practical support through a broad network of mentors.

The mentoring program provides orientation

The mentoring programme provides participating jobseekers with clarity regarding the needs of employers. They receive targeted support and qualified feedback from the perspective of employers. This enables participants to find a suitable position more quickly. The programme is primarily aimed at well-trained and experienced people. This group has great potential to counteract the shortage of skilled labour. The mentors benefit equally by expanding their network and updating their industry knowledge.

Our mentoring program effectively broadens perspectives. This benefits everyone: jobseekers, mentors and companies.
